Cabaser

Cabaser®
Active Ingredient: Cabergoline
Manufacturer: Pharmacia & Upjohn SpA, Italy
Dostinex (Also known аs Cabergoline / Cabaser) іs а relatively nеw drug Dostinex was primarily invented fоr thе purpose оf lowering prolactin іn patients wіth а pituitary tumors аnd оthеr prolactin related conditions. Sоmе оf thе conditions whіch Dostinex hаs bееn used successfully аrе:

Treatment оf hyperprolactinemic disorders, pituitary adenomas (tumors) & prolactinomas
Dostinex restored testosterone levels аnd increases libido (sex drive)
Dostinex hаs bееn shown tо bе vеry useful іn treating Parkinson’s Desease
Dostinex іs successfully used tо treat Restless Legs Syndrom (RLS)
Dostinex stops excessive lactation
Dostinex improves energy loss аnd fatigue
Dostinex (Cabergoline) іn thе treatment ofacromegaly

However іt seems thе potential оf Dostinex / Cabaser / Cabergoline goes fаr beyond thе treatment оf tumors. Dostinex increases dopamine, а brain chemical thаt іs associated wіth feelings оf pleasure аnd wеll being. Elevation оf dopamine levels often leads tо а marked increase іn sex drive, improvement іn mood, aleterness, learning ability аnd creativity. Off-label uses fоr Cabergoline include sex drive enhancement аnd increased ejaculation volume, mood elevation, appetite suppression аnd fat loss.
Dostinex іs аlsо used by athletes аnd bodybuilders іn order tо lower prolactin levels resulting frоm drug аnd steroids use оf Deca Durabolin (nandrolone) аnd Fina (trenbolone) This is an off-label use and we stress that we do not condone the use of Deca or Fina (nandrolone or trenbolone respectively).

What іs thе difference bеtwееn Dostinex аnd Cabaser ?

Both Cabaser аnd Dostinex contain thе same active ingredient Cabergoline. However, Cabaser contains 1mg per tab whіlе Dostinex contains оnly 0.5mg per tab. Since thе Cabaser tabs аrе scored, many tаkе half а tab оf Cabaser tо gеt thе same dosage аs 1 tab оf Dostinex аt а fraction оf thе price. However thіs cаn bе done оnly according tо your doctor's permission.

If you wish to study Dostinex / Cabaser as Cabergoline (the active ingredient) you can buy Cabaser as a research chemical.

Cabergoline Dostinex Cabaser Uses

Cabergoline is often marketed as Dostinex.  Dostinex is a medication that also goes by the name Cabaser. Originally, cabergoline aka Dostinex was created to treat pituitary tumors by lowering the levels of prolactin in the body.  However other uses have been found for cabergoline as well. As with any drug, ask your doctor to make sure it is safe and will not interact with other medications you're taking.

Related Uses:
  1. Testosterone

    • Testosterone is the male sex hormone. When it is deficient in the body, cabergoline aka Dostinex is used to boost it.

    RLS

    • Restless leg syndrome is a condition in which uncomfortable sensations in the legs cause people to move them uncontrollably. Cabergoline aka Dostinex may be used to treat restless leg syndrome.

    Tremors

    • Parkinson's disease is a condition that causes tremors and stiffness in the muscles. Caberoline aka Dostinex may help to relieve these symptoms.

    Energy

    • People who are suffering from low energy levels and fatigue use cabergoline as Dostinex or Cabaser for a lift.

    Bodybuilding

    • Cabergoline as Dostinex or Cabaser is used by bodybuilders to reduce elevated prolactin levels, which are the result of steroid use.  Anabolic steroid use is illegal in the United States of America.

Uses of Cabergoline aka Dostinex Adapted from Wikipedia:
      • Hyperprolactinemia.
      • Adjunctive therapy of prolactin-producing pituitary gland tumors (prolactinomas).
      • Monotherapy of Parkinson's disease in the early phase.
      • Cabergoline: Combination therapy, together with levodopa and a decarboxylase inhibitor such as carbidopa, in progressive-phase Parkinson's disease.
      • Cabergoline: In some countries also: ablactation and dysfunctions associated with hyperprolactinemia (amenorrhea, oligomenorrhea, anovulation, nonpuerperal mastitis and galactorrhea).
      • Cabergoline: Treatment of uterine fibroids.[4][5]
      • Cabergoline: Adjunctive therapy of acromegaly, cabergoline has low efficacy in suppressing growth hormone levels and is highly efficient in suppressing hyperprolactinemia that is present in 20-30% of acromegaly cases. Growth hormone and prolactinare similar structurally and have similar effects in many target tissues, therefore targeting prolactin may help symptoms when growth hormone secretion can not be sufficiently controlled by other methods.
      • Cabergoline: Cushing's disease - cabergoline may be used to lower ACTH levels and cause regression of ACTH producing pituitary adenomas.[6]
      • Cabergoline: Other pituitary adenomas - cabergoline has demonstrated certain efficacy in controlling or reducing other kinds of pituitary adenomas, as well as silent or non-fucntional adenomas.

Off-label/recreational uses

Cabergoline aka Dostinex or Cabaser has at times been used as an adjunct to SSRI antidepressants as there is some evidence that Cabergoline counteracts certain side effects of those drugs, such as reduced libido and anorgasmia. Cabergoline also has been suggested online that it has a possible recreational use in reducing or eliminating the male refractory period, thereby allowing men to experience multiple ejaculatory orgasms in rapid succession, and at least one scientific study supports those speculations.[7] Cabergoline aka Dostinex or Cabaser is also used by bodybuilders to control gynecomastia caused by elevated prolactin levels through the use of anabolic steroids such as Nandrolone and Trenbolone. Additionally, a systematic review and meta-analysis concluded that prophylactic treatment with cabergoline reduces the incidence, but not the severity, of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS), without compromising pregnancy outcomes, in females undergoing stimulated cycles of in vitro fertilization (IVF).[8] Also, a study on rats found that cabergoline reduces voluntary alcohol consumption
More to come regarding Cabergoline commonly known as Dostinex or Cabaser.

Dostinex Is Cabergoline

Cabergoline - Dostinex

The Technical Specs

Dostinex is a brand name.  Dostinex is one of the brand names for Cabergoline.

DOSTINEX Tablets contain cabergoline, which is the subject of this cabergoline blog and a dopamine receptor agonist. Cabergoline has a chemical name: 1-[(6-allylergolin-8ß-yl)-carbonyl]-1-[3-(dimethylamino) propyl]-3-ethylurea. Its empirical formula is C26H37N5O2, and its molecular weight is 451.62. The structural formula of cabergoline is as follows:

DOSTINEX® (cabergoline) Structural Formula Illustration

Cabergoline is a white powder soluble in ethyl alcohol, chloroform, and N, Ndimethylformamide (DMF); slightly soluble in 0.1N hydrochloric acid; very slightly soluble in n-hexane; and insoluble in water.
DOSTINEX Tablets, for oral administration, contain 0.5 mg of cabergoline. Inactive ingredients consist of leucine, USP, and lactose, NF.
Cabergoline can also come as liquid cabergoline.  You won't see a liquid Dostinex because Dostinex is a brand of cabergoline and they only make it in tablets.

The following paragraphs regarding Dostinex aka cabergoline are from http://www.isteroids.com/steroids/Dostinex-Cabergoline.html Dostinex was originally introduced to the bodybuilding community by the anti-aging crowd. About a decade ago, the only place you could really find this stuff being sold was on mail order lists for various life-extension clinics. Although they are, frankly, a very weird bunch of people, the life-extensionistas were among the first to find and make available a lot of the stuff that eventually found its way into athletic circles, like Dostinex and other such nootropics (drugs that increase mental activity).

Dostinex is one of those drugs. I first saw it on an anti-aging clinic’s price list about a decade ago, and more recently, I saw it being discussed by various people who are “in the know” on the internet. The former fact made it slightly interesting to me, while the latter had exactly the opposite effect. Actually, I first mentioned it in an ancillary article I wrote several years ago, but recently I decided to do some more research on it, and I have to admit, it’s a very interesting drug. Before I explain what it does, I think a discussion of some important hormones and enzymes are in order.
It is very interesting to see Dostinex aka cabergoline showing up in anabolic steroid forums and bodybuilding forums.  I have heard information regarding Dostinex being used in the "anti-aging" crowds but I have never spoken to any people in any of those groups about cabergoline.  I will be looking further in Dostinex / cabergoline usage in these areas in the near future.  I am also curious if college students are using cabergoline for the sexual health enhancements to impress their girlfriends.  I plan to interview some college students from the University of Georgia Athens (UGA) in regards to cabergoline use.

Cabergoline

Cabergoline is marketed primarily as Dostinex.  Cabergoline is a relatively new pharmaceutical that has enormous potential aiding male stamina. The most remarkable aspect of carbergoline aka Dostinex is that it has been found to substantially increase a man’s chances of sustaining multiple orgasms during sex. Many men on cabergoline have reported numerous multiple orgasms in rapid succession.

In one study of Cabergoline, sixty healthy male participants ages 22 to 31 on average needed a break of 19 minutes between lovemaking sessions. After taking Cabergoline they were able to have multiple orgasms within a few minutes. Medical psychologist Manfred Schedlowski was involved with the trials at Essen in Germany and stated that Cabergoline raised the libido to enable the male to orgasm again more quickly.

While Cabergoline aka Dostinex is known best for its sexual enhancement characteristics it has other uses as well.  Cabergoline (brand names Dostinex and Cabaser), an ergot derivative, is a potent dopamine receptor agonist on D2 receptors. In vitro, rat studies show cabergoline has a direct inhibitory effect onpituitary lactotroph (prolactin) cells. It is frequently used as a first-line agent in the management of prolactinomas due to higher affinity for D2 receptor sites, less severe side effects, and more convenient dosing schedule than the older bromocriptine.  In less technical jargon Cabergoline lower prolactin levels.  Excessive secretion of prolactin – which is known as hyperprolactinemia – is a relative common disorder in humans.  Common symptoms of hyperprolactinemia in women can include menstrual irregularities, and galactorrhea (which was covered in the preceding paragraph). Sadly, men who have hyperprolactinemia tend to have most of the same symptoms; enlarged mammary glands, milk production, and also have some other side effects to contend with, such as hypogonadism, decreased libido (sex drive), decreased sperm production and impotence

There are many uses for Cabergoline and we will cover them in upcoming posts in this blog.  Thank you for reading.
