Cabaser, Cabergoline, Dostinex

Cabergoline
Why Cabergoline?  What are the off-label uses for Cabergoline? There are many pharmaceutical grade medications on the market which are specifically geared toward addressing sexual issues, such as erectile dysfunction and low testosterone levels. Sometimes medications that were not originally designed to address male sexual enhancement are used in this arena by health care providers. For instance, Cabergoline is a relatively new drug, which was originally designed to decrease the prolactin in individuals who have pituitary tumors, and other prolactin related conditions. However, it has also been used to augment male sexuality.

Are you a researcher looking to purchase Cabergoline as a research chemical?  If so, you can buy Cabergoline from reputable research chemical suppliers.

What Is Cabergoline?
------------------------------------------------------

Please note that Cabergoline is also known on the pharmaceutical market as Dostinex or Cabaser. While Cabergoline has been used to lower prolactin in people who have pituitary tumors, it has also been used to treat other ailments and issues, such as Parkinson’s Disease, Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS), excessive lactation, low energy levels and acromegaly.

Cabergoline aka Dostinex aka Cabaser has also been used to increase testosterone levels, as well as increase libido in males.  This is why Cabergoline has gained heightened popularity lately. You may be wondering how Cabergoline may augment and address so many different ailments and still address sexuality. Cabaser aka Dostinex aka Cabergoline supposedly does this through a rather indirect method - it is able to increase dopamine levels. Dopamine is a chemical in the brain that is intrinsically connected with feelings of pleasure and well-being.

Cabergoline Dostinex Cabaser Uses

Cabergoline is often marketed as Dostinex.  Dostinex is a medication that also goes by the name Cabaser. Originally, cabergoline aka Dostinex was created to treat pituitary tumors by lowering the levels of prolactin in the body.  However other uses have been found for cabergoline as well. As with any drug, ask your doctor to make sure it is safe and will not interact with other medications you're taking.

Related Uses:
  1. Testosterone

    • Testosterone is the male sex hormone. When it is deficient in the body, cabergoline aka Dostinex is used to boost it.

    RLS

    • Restless leg syndrome is a condition in which uncomfortable sensations in the legs cause people to move them uncontrollably. Cabergoline aka Dostinex may be used to treat restless leg syndrome.

    Tremors

    • Parkinson's disease is a condition that causes tremors and stiffness in the muscles. Caberoline aka Dostinex may help to relieve these symptoms.

    Energy

    • People who are suffering from low energy levels and fatigue use cabergoline as Dostinex or Cabaser for a lift.

    Bodybuilding

    • Cabergoline as Dostinex or Cabaser is used by bodybuilders to reduce elevated prolactin levels, which are the result of steroid use.  Anabolic steroid use is illegal in the United States of America.

Uses of Cabergoline aka Dostinex Adapted from Wikipedia:
      • Hyperprolactinemia.
      • Adjunctive therapy of prolactin-producing pituitary gland tumors (prolactinomas).
      • Monotherapy of Parkinson's disease in the early phase.
      • Cabergoline: Combination therapy, together with levodopa and a decarboxylase inhibitor such as carbidopa, in progressive-phase Parkinson's disease.
      • Cabergoline: In some countries also: ablactation and dysfunctions associated with hyperprolactinemia (amenorrhea, oligomenorrhea, anovulation, nonpuerperal mastitis and galactorrhea).
      • Cabergoline: Treatment of uterine fibroids.[4][5]
      • Cabergoline: Adjunctive therapy of acromegaly, cabergoline has low efficacy in suppressing growth hormone levels and is highly efficient in suppressing hyperprolactinemia that is present in 20-30% of acromegaly cases. Growth hormone and prolactinare similar structurally and have similar effects in many target tissues, therefore targeting prolactin may help symptoms when growth hormone secretion can not be sufficiently controlled by other methods.
      • Cabergoline: Cushing's disease - cabergoline may be used to lower ACTH levels and cause regression of ACTH producing pituitary adenomas.[6]
      • Cabergoline: Other pituitary adenomas - cabergoline has demonstrated certain efficacy in controlling or reducing other kinds of pituitary adenomas, as well as silent or non-fucntional adenomas.

Off-label/recreational uses

Cabergoline aka Dostinex or Cabaser has at times been used as an adjunct to SSRI antidepressants as there is some evidence that Cabergoline counteracts certain side effects of those drugs, such as reduced libido and anorgasmia. Cabergoline also has been suggested online that it has a possible recreational use in reducing or eliminating the male refractory period, thereby allowing men to experience multiple ejaculatory orgasms in rapid succession, and at least one scientific study supports those speculations.[7] Cabergoline aka Dostinex or Cabaser is also used by bodybuilders to control gynecomastia caused by elevated prolactin levels through the use of anabolic steroids such as Nandrolone and Trenbolone. Additionally, a systematic review and meta-analysis concluded that prophylactic treatment with cabergoline reduces the incidence, but not the severity, of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS), without compromising pregnancy outcomes, in females undergoing stimulated cycles of in vitro fertilization (IVF).[8] Also, a study on rats found that cabergoline reduces voluntary alcohol consumption

Cabergoline Regarding Dopamine

Cabergoline which is commonly known as Dostinex is a dopamine agonist. We like Dopamine.  Dopamine is good. Dopamine is a chemical, found in the brain, which transmits nerve impulses.  Dopamine is involved in the formation of epinephrine. This is probably why groups of Life-Extentionistas are very big on this Cabergoline. The hypothalamus releases dopamine, and that can inhibit the release of prolactin from the anterior lobe of the pituitary.  If you use anabolic steroids,  Cabergoline aka Dostinex aka Cabaser helps reduce the chance of any of prolactin related side-effects. Cabaser aka Cabergoline aka Dostinex has actually been shown in numerous studies to have an extremely high success rate in lowering prolactin and prolactin related conditions and side-effects.  In fact, for mgmt of hyperprolactinemia and it’s symptoms, Dostinex aka Cabergoline is the preferred treatment in terms of effectiveness as well as having very few undesirable side effects.  What does this mean for you? Cabergoline aka Dostinex does this very well for both men and women, it should be noted…almost identically actually.

Cabergoline

Cabergoline is marketed primarily as Dostinex.  Cabergoline is a relatively new pharmaceutical that has enormous potential aiding male stamina. The most remarkable aspect of carbergoline aka Dostinex is that it has been found to substantially increase a man’s chances of sustaining multiple orgasms during sex. Many men on cabergoline have reported numerous multiple orgasms in rapid succession.

In one study of Cabergoline, sixty healthy male participants ages 22 to 31 on average needed a break of 19 minutes between lovemaking sessions. After taking Cabergoline they were able to have multiple orgasms within a few minutes. Medical psychologist Manfred Schedlowski was involved with the trials at Essen in Germany and stated that Cabergoline raised the libido to enable the male to orgasm again more quickly.

While Cabergoline aka Dostinex is known best for its sexual enhancement characteristics it has other uses as well.  Cabergoline (brand names Dostinex and Cabaser), an ergot derivative, is a potent dopamine receptor agonist on D2 receptors. In vitro, rat studies show cabergoline has a direct inhibitory effect onpituitary lactotroph (prolactin) cells. It is frequently used as a first-line agent in the management of prolactinomas due to higher affinity for D2 receptor sites, less severe side effects, and more convenient dosing schedule than the older bromocriptine.  In less technical jargon Cabergoline lower prolactin levels.  Excessive secretion of prolactin – which is known as hyperprolactinemia – is a relative common disorder in humans.  Common symptoms of hyperprolactinemia in women can include menstrual irregularities, and galactorrhea (which was covered in the preceding paragraph). Sadly, men who have hyperprolactinemia tend to have most of the same symptoms; enlarged mammary glands, milk production, and also have some other side effects to contend with, such as hypogonadism, decreased libido (sex drive), decreased sperm production and impotence

There are many uses for Cabergoline and we will cover them in upcoming posts in this blog.  Thank you for reading.
